About LOU

Lou advises clients on matters including but not limited to economic development, business development, planning, strategy, relationship management  and strategic partnering.  Lou has an outstanding network of clients and contacts that he shares with his KSC clients to create winning outcomes with non-traditional partners.

With over 15 years of advising clients  on legal, regulatory and government affairs matters Lou has developed the expertise offered at KSC to help KSC clients beyond these traditional run of the mill approaches and service offerings.  Lou is able to think outside the box and give frank detailed strategies that creating winning partnerships and outcomes.  

Lou holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown, a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from Saint Francis University.  He earned a law degree from the Widener University School of law. He is an active member of the Pennsylvania and Maryland bar.
